Initially, my intention had been to use this mat to replace an old waterproof door mat just inside the back door, but seeing the style & colour of it more clearly on delivery, I decided that it will usually live in the understairs cupboard, only to be deployed when a patio door is opened in either the lounge or the dining room; it will then be placed just inside the patio door, to save the fitted room carpet from soiling. The mat has therefore not yet been used, but having examined it, I am happy that it was worth the purchase price of £22.90. The ability to wash it in the washing machine will keep it looking tidy for use in our main reception rooms. Hopefully, it will be many years yet before I know about its durability!

One Wee Witch
As a Nursery Practitioner I am always excited to be offered for review any toys and resources which I can share with the children in my playroom or use to enhance their environment. This rug was just perfect for our Home Area! We have hard floorings which are practical in a Nursery, but I wanted a rug for my Home Area to create a cosy feeling and this is the perfect size for our space. I love the neutral beige colouring which works well with the natural tones in our playroom - we avoid bright colours to create a Scandinavian effect which is calming and comforting. The rug is a good size to sit at the base of our little play sofa and create a living room. The back of the rug has non slip features which is ideal for using on our hard floor and I love that this is machine washable - as you can expect in a room full of 2 - 3 year old's, this is an invaluable feature to our soft furnishings! The edges are frayed with tassels and there is a raised effect to the surface. This is a really lovely mat which would enhance any decor and would be perfect within the home. Great value at £22.90 for this wuality item with no loose threads or stitching.

This is nice door mat but it looks more like a towel and definitely it’s not slip resistant at all so I couldn’t use it in bathroom. This can be use on carpet outside the bathroom so I use it there. Less absorbent but well made. Machine washable.
