I purchased this runner a few weeks ago and on delivery I was shocked to find that the runner had been folded (into a square) and vacuum packed in protective heavy duty plastic. Having opened it I found that the runner was all creased. I did then roll it up hoping that the creases would go but unfortunately, they didn't. The runner is slip resistant and the colour was perfect. I would say that it was value for money and very warm looking, BUT!!!!!! because the carpet was folded into a square it damaged it. The runner would not sit right, therefore, It was unfortunate that I had to return it. I do hope that the manufactures change their packaging methods otherwise, they are going to get a lot of unhappy customers, just like me.

I bought the 300cm runner to use in my kitchen during the winter months to save constantly mopping up wet & muddy feet/paw marks. The runner arrived folded down the middle & then concertinaed to fit inside the delivery box. Once laid in place for a few days, the fold marks disappeared & the runner laid flat. The pattern is very clear with nice shades of blue and blends in well with my kitchen. The runner is surprising soft and so far it has been easy to clean up small marks from muddy paws; it certainly withstands being hoovered every day. No issues with movement from our feet or our dog racing out the kitchen door. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase & for the price paid imo it has been a good value solution for our needs.

Delivery was quick. Lovely quality but packing wasn’t the best as it was folded in half then folded another 3/4 times so it has got folding creases in it. Very hard to get out. Had down for nearly 2 days still not flat. Don’t know why it wasn’t rolled like normal. Brought 2 & other one is the same. Ruins the quality

Love this, it's a quality product which looks great in my hallway, bought to replace one that was nowhere near as good! My only criticism would be in the way it was packaged, it came folded up many times meaning there are lots of crease marks in it which might take a while to get flattened out!

This is a really nice, good quality rug and looks just like the photos. However, the rug arrives folded over around eight times and after a week of being laid out those fold lines and creases have not gone. This means the rug does not lay flat and moves and is raised up off the floor. I am already looking. At a different rug as a replacement as the way this is packaged damages the item and those creases never go. I believe if this rug had arrived rolled instead instead of folded, this would eliminate this problem..
